Superior queen room was beautifully maintained and impeccable with good ac. Having a shower and a hair dryer was a bonus. The location was very central, so close to the bus station and the restaurant and bar. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Lago di Muzzano...

This hotel is well located , it's nicely clean, and the stuff is very helpfull.
Parking is but small. Breakfast is very poor. When we stayed there they were doing some constructions and it was not pleasant.

Hotel is a good option for active tourists or business travelers. It means hotel is enough to sleep at the night, while the daytime to be spent outside. Most of rooms are quite small, but have a balcony with a nice lake view. It is 15 min walking distance from lake promenade, but to get back you need to climb. Breakfast is limited (nothing hot except for coffee) but sufficient.

The location was perfect for exploring Lake Lugano. We especially loved the terrific pool and hearty breakfast options. Staying with my wife, kids, and nephew added to the fun. The Ticino card made our trips around the area so convenient.
In my wife's opinion, some kids' entertainment options would be great.

The staff try to be as helpful as they can be.
The rooms are quite small. The beds are even smaller. So for an avg 6ft person its uncomfortable. The blankets are sized for babies. Its quite far from the center of town. It takes about 20 min walk but with the hills it feels even longer. The breakfast is very limited & it is definitely not a 3star superior. For the price we paid, I would look for something else.

The location provided easy access to the funicular and was just a short walk to the lake. Enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast with a great variety, and the terrace offered a wonderful view while dining. The room had a strange smell and lacked amenities like a coffee machine, disappointing considering the high price. Despite these issues, the friendly staff and lovely balcony with a lake view added a nice touch to the experience.

It rooms were very calm and quiet. The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast could have been a bit more interesting, considering their lunch and dinner menu is rather pricey and gourmet.

The location was perfect for our needs. We were there for our daughter to attend college and the hotel was 3 doors away from her new residence. Quiet location up from the lake.
Our room was right by the staircase which was very creaky wood structure. However, there was not much problem with that since everyone was usually in bed by 10:00.

The location was lovely, just a short walk along the lake with amazing views. The Smart Queen Room was lovely, with a balcony that offered beautiful sights of the lake and mountains. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious choices, including fresh orange juice.

The Hotel is clean, the staff is nice in general. But like all in Switzerland, value for money is quite low. Hotel is expensive for the quality it serves.
They should improve the quality in the breakfast. In Switzerland, you should eat at least better cheese which is a world famous country with its cheese.
